Who we are
Agentic Builders Capital LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, operates agenticbuilders.ai and the investment track described on it and makes the investments. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Applications: name, email, links you provide (LinkedIn, website, deck), location, your application answers, and any documents you link to.
- Weekly progress updates: the numbers and answers you send during the four-week investment track, including text, voice messages, screenshots and files.
- Meetings: name, organization, email and notes.
- Newsletter: email address and whether you opened a newsletter email or clicked a link in it.
- Website: we do not use analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
How we use it
- To review applications, run the investment track, decide on investments and keep in touch with you about them.
- To organize meetings and to send the newsletter you subscribed to.
- To improve our selection process, using aggregated information.
Processing by AI agents
Applications, pitch decks and progress updates are read and summarized by software agents run by the fund. These agents use large language models provided by third parties. The fund’s investment partners make investment decisions; the AI agents help prepare the information they review.
Who sees it
The fund team and its AI agents. Service providers that support our operations (cloud hosting, database, workspace and email tools, model providers) process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data. We share information about a company with investors only with the founders’ consent, for example in an introduction they asked for.
Legal basis (EU/UK)
Performance of steps you ask for before a possible contract (your application and the investment track), our legitimate interest in running a venture fund, and your consent for the newsletter, which you can withdraw at any time.
Retention
To ask about retention or request deletion of your application or investment track data, write to [email protected]. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, as provided by the law that applies to you (including GDPR, UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act). Write to [email protected]. EU and UK residents may complain to their supervisory authority.
