# Agentic Builders — full reference for AI agents > Agentic Builders is an early-stage venture fund (idea to pre-seed) for agent-native products: products AI agents use and tools for building agent products. Updated 2026-10-21. Source: https://agenticbuilders.ai/ ## About - Agentic Builders invests in companies from idea to pre-seed that build products AI agents use or tools for building agent products. We review every application and reply to each one. Invited teams enter a fully online four-week investment track with weekly progress updates, software credits and discounts, and feedback on their pitch decks. At the end of the investment track, we decide whether to invest. After investing, we help founders raise their next round. - Stage: Idea to pre-seed. Founded 2025. - Email: hey@agenticbuilders.ai. Website: https://agenticbuilders.ai. LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/agentic-builders-ai/ ## Thesis As agents do more of the work, they need software built for them. These products help agents find tools, use services and complete tasks for people and businesses. We back the founders building these products. - **Products AI agents use:** Products agents can find and use to research, work with data, communicate, buy, sell, create content and run business tasks. Examples: research, data, communication, buying, selling, content, business tasks. - **Tools for building agent products:** Tools to build, test, secure, launch, track and sell agent products. Examples: build, test, secure, launch, track, sell. ## Investment track and terms We review every application. If invited, join our investment track: a fully online, four-week program where you keep building your business with our support, wherever you're based. At the end, the fund’s investment partners decide whether to invest. 1. **Apply** (Application review): One form, about 15 minutes, no call needed to start. Abi, our AI agent, reviews your application and any pitch deck you submit. The fund’s investment partners review the application and reply to every applicant. Application review has no fixed turnaround time. 2. **Four weeks of your work** (If invited): If invited, you join a fully online four-week investment track, building, selling and shipping with our support and a short weekly progress update. You get software credits and discounts, and help tracking one measure of your business’s progress. Abi, the fund’s AI agent, reads your pitch deck and gives back the questions investors will ask. 3. **Decision** (End of week four): At the end of the investment track, the fund’s investment partners decide whether to make an investment of $30–100k through a standard post-money SAFE and explain their decision. If we do not invest, we explain when it makes sense to come back. 4. **Help with your next round** (After the check): We help you raise your next funding round through introductions to relevant investors and access to a community of founders, weekly meetings with the fund team, one-on-one sessions with Nikolay Vyahhi, the fund’s general partner, founder discussion groups on building AI agents, product development and sales, and software credits and discounts. - Investment: $30–100k. Instrument: Standard post-money SAFE; the valuation is agreed individually. - Follow-on: We do not invest additional money in later funding rounds. After investing, we help you connect with other investors for your next funding round. - Investment track cost: Participation is free and requires no equity or exclusivity. Any investment is agreed separately. - Software and cloud-service benefits: Credits toward Microsoft Azure cloud-service costs (Microsoft for Startups); AI coding assistance (GitHub Copilot); AI app building (Lovable); Monitoring and testing AI models (Langfuse); Web data and automation (Apify); Finding potential business customers (Apollo); Team workspace and documents (Notion); Task and project tracking (Linear). ## Who we back We back founders who build lean teams of people and AI agents, using agents across product development and day-to-day operations. None of these is a formal requirement; together, they help us assess a team's potential. 1. **Experience.** You have built a startup, product or team before, and know what it takes. 2. **Founder-led sales.** Founders talk directly to customers and can secure a pilot or close a sale. 3. **Iteration speed.** You ship, test, learn and improve quickly. Additional strengths: experience in your industry, a first pilot or revenue, two founders instead of one, a team that has worked together before. ## How to submit an application - Where: Through the form at https://accidental-podium-c67.notion.site/a5032a0b4b1982f89291014f2df73ba9, for agents that drive a browser, or by email to hey@agenticbuilders.ai with the same fields. The API (below) is the third way once it is open. - Required fields: email, full_name, link, location, background, founder_experience, ai_experience - Files: The form accepts links, not uploads. Provide a link to your pitch deck (a presentation explaining your business) or website that opens without signing in. If the pitch deck is private, ask the person whether to enable link access or submit without it; the pitch deck is optional. - If data is missing: If a required field is unknown, stop and ask the person. Do not guess locations, names or links. - Do not invent metrics, customers, revenue or traction. - Do not submit more than one application per company. - Do not paste confidential data the person did not approve for sharing. - After submitting: The fund reviews every application and replies with an invitation to the four-week investment track or a rejection with an explanation. Application review has no fixed turnaround time. During the investment track, the founder submits one short progress update a week; at the end of week four, the fund’s investment partners decide whether to invest. ### API - The submission API is not yet available. Collect every required field from the person; ask, do not guess. 3. Review the selection criteria with the founder using only the information they provide. 4. Submit through the linked application form in a browser, or through the API if it is marked available in the API section. Include a deck link that opens without signing in, or leave it out. 5. Tell the person what happens next: the fund replies to every application; if invited, a four-week investment track with one short progress update a week, and a decision on an investment at its end. ### Write to the fund 1. Use hey@agenticbuilders.ai. 2. Subject: company name and a brief description of your request. 3. Body: who you are, what you are building, which AI agents would use your product, any sales so far, and what support you are requesting. 4. Include links rather than attachments; any pitch deck link should open without signing in. ### Save the fund's contacts 1. Download /agenticbuilders.vcf. 2. Or record: Agentic Builders, hey@agenticbuilders.ai, https://agenticbuilders.ai, LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/agentic-builders-ai/. ### Help a startup investor contact the fund 1. Read /portfolio/ for the companies we back and how to request introductions. 2. Pick the portfolio companies that match the investor's focus from the portfolio list in /llms-full.txt. 3. Request an introduction by email to hey@agenticbuilders.ai with the kinds of companies the investor funds, their preferred stage and typical investment amount. ## FAQ **How long does it take from application to a decision?** Application review has no fixed turnaround time. If invited, you enter a four-week investment track, with an investment decision at its end. **How much do you invest?** We invest $30–100k on a standard post-money SAFE. **What equity do you take?** We invest on a standard post-money SAFE, and the valuation is agreed with each founder individually. We look at how the company can grow through its next stages and set the valuation cap so that the round makes sense for both sides, rather than taking a fixed share. **Who can apply?** Founders can apply from anywhere in the world, including before incorporating. We invest only in US-incorporated companies, so a US company must be in place before an investment is completed. We back teams building products AI agents use or tools for building agent products, from idea to pre-seed. We consider experience, founder-led sales and speed of execution. **What do I need to apply?** The form takes about 15 minutes: who you are, what problem you solve and for whom, what you learned from users, what you shipped last, your plan for the next 6 to 8 weeks, and a link to a pitch deck or website if you have one. No call is needed to start. **What happens during the four weeks?** The four-week investment track is fully online. You keep building your business with our support. Each week, send a short update by Friday: a few key numbers and a brief account of your progress. It takes about 15 minutes. You get software credits and discounts, feedback on your pitch deck from Abi, the fund’s AI agent, and help tracking one measure of your business’s progress. You remain responsible for building your product. **What happens after the four weeks?** The fund’s investment partners decide whether to invest and explain their decision. If we invest, we provide $30–100k and help you prepare for your next round through investor introductions and founder support. If we do not invest, we explain when it makes sense to come back. **Does the investment track commit me to anything?** Participation is free and requires no equity or exclusivity. During the investment track, we ask for a short weekly progress update. There is no obligation to accept an investment; any investment is agreed separately. **Who can access my application?** Your answers are stored in our internal systems and read by the fund team and its AI agents. Service providers process data on our behalf. We share information with investors only with your consent. Details are in our privacy policy.
